OPPORTUNITY: Our team built the first-ever preorder system designed to scale across Nike and seamlessly integrate into any type of release.

MY ROLE: I led UX copy and strategy across PDPs, components, checkout, and account notifications to reduce friction and make Nike’s preorder experience simple and intuitive.
